Anger Management Skills

Anger is a very strong emotion that causes illnesses, physical, mental and emotional trauma and other negative impacts on the body. This workshop addresses the causes of anger, its signs and its effects. The workshop also provides a variety of strategies to reduce anger for youth and adults.

An increased awareness of anger will be explored through self-evaluation activities and the understanding of angerís physiological effects on the body. This workshop will cover conflict resolution, positive communication, problem solving, breathing techniques to defuse anger, physical exercises that help heal the body wholistically, emotional and spiritual releases, self talk, writing exercises and the art of forgiveness.
