Wholistic Stress Management 101



The focus of this workshop is wholistic - - honoring the integration, balance and harmony of the mind, emotion, body and spirit for optimum well-being.

This is an introductory workshop on the definition of stress, its causes and effects on the body. The connection between one’s thoughts and stress, and ways to reduce stress that starts in the mind will be discussed. The workshop will
cover wholistic stress management techniques including, but not limited to, relaxation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, tai-chi, qigong, nutrition, affirmation, visualization, acupressure, humor and aromatherapy.
