An introductory course to Chinese Healing Exercises called “Chi-gong”. Chi-gong is a series of slow moving and gentle exercises which include relaxation, visualization and deep breathing. Chi means "energy" and Gong means "work". Put them together, Chi-gong means working with the body's energy to maintain optimal health and to prevent illnesses. Also see
