The Wholistic Stress Controll Institute, Inc. (WSCI) mission is to teach wholistic stress management by promoting wellness and healthy lifestyle choices of the whole person: body, mind and spirit.
WSCI has a 27 year history of teaching people wholistic practices to stay healthy through exercise, such as, Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, Stress and Anger Management, Nutrition, positive thinking, visualization, relaxation, meditation, massage, reiki and the healing arts.
